Hosting, updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and an hour a month of small changes. Most clients take this so they never have to think about the site again.
Logo and brand identity work is quoted separately. Ongoing content writing, product photography, and paid advertising are not things I do, though I can introduce you to people who do them well.
Everything is billed half up front, half on launch. The store packages run on your own Shopify account, in your name, on your card — so if we part ways, nothing about your business is locked to me.
